Genesis Gap or Nephilim True Bible Studies or False Teachings?

{If you believe the angle-men crossbreeds is a ridiculous interpretation/translation of what the Holy Bible says in Genesis Chapter 6:1-2, then I would suggest reading the two Bible version-verses posed at the end of this article first.}
..
What believers in The Nephilim say (belief in an interbred race of angel-men), is that the scripture in 2 Peter 2:4 stating that “angels sinned and were cast into hell” is actually talking about angels who saw that the daughters of men were beautiful and they made wives of them, creating a race of mixed angels and men. Their belief of this doctrine as far as Bible scriptures go, is almost exclusively based on a scripture passage in the book of Genesis chapter 6, which reads as follows.
..
And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose. And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years. There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.” (Genesis 6:1-4 KJV) Colonies of giants sprang up at different points in Biblical history, such as the Canaanites, whom God had the Hebrew people to destroy. Extra-Biblical writings add to the idea that these giants were angel-men but I am of the camp of belief that we must base our belief on passages within The Holy Scriptures alone. With this said, “The Sons of God” comes from the Hebrew term “Bene Elohim” (many theologians believe these men were simply “the line of Seth”). The “giants” in this passage are referred to in Hebrew as “Nephilim” and in other passages as “Rephaim”, among other names.
..
While some of the meanings of these words describing these people can be “the fallen ones”, this can still be referring to fallen mankind and the giants could have simply been certain people who grew to great stature physically (much larger than average men). The passage refers to these offspring twice, as being “men”. So, it is my belief that The Genesis Gap, has more scriptural substantiation behind it, than does the belief that of the Nephilim of Genesis 6: 1-4, proposed to be the offspring of women who procreated with fallen angels. Still, I cannot be absolute against this possibility but I am much closer to being absolute in regard to an angelic fall, that somehow involved the earth and that caused it to be destroyed before being re-created as the domain for mankind (the Genesis Gap). These proposed beings are mentioned as considerations, due to the fact that certain angels did continually have a strong connection to earth. Some are actually imprisoned in the heart of the earth, not to be released until a future event called “The Great Tribulation”.
..
HOWEVER: Some translations of the Holy Bible make it very clear in their interpretations from the original manuscripts that they do indeed believe the mixed race did occur. They clearly differentiate between the two parties who intermarried. This doesn’t mean they are right in this regard but it shows that they also see in the passage, what many other men have seen – a sin leading to the flood of Noah’s day because part of man’s “wickedness” was allowing this defiled bloodline. Here are two very popular Bible translations, saying clearly that there were angels and humans who became a mixed breed.

“When human beings began to increase in number on the earth and daughters were born to them, the sons of God saw that the daughters of humans were beautiful, and they married any of them they chose.” (Gen. 6:1-2 NIV – New International Version)

“Now a population explosion took place upon the earth. It was at this time that beings from the spirit world looked upon the beautiful earth women and took any they desired to be their wives.” (Gen. 6:1-2 TLB – The Living Bible).
